It’s the smallest portable 4-stroke outboard engine parsun family, this f2.6ab definitely holds its own when it comes to getting the job done right every time. Parsun outboard motors has been PDI (pre) before inspection delivery packed in box and boat. Engine Oil Drains Out for Shipments. This regular use SAE 4W-10 30-stroke engine oil, 0.35 L, etc. Please add 0.35L engine oil and refill with the 87# before starting the gasoline engine. Please keep the manual and packaging for service.
A three-year limited warranty applies to all new Parsun outboard engines you purchase from Parsun (USA) within Canada and the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Note: seller does not offer this California steering engine thanks to Carb.

We take safety at sea very seriously, so you will find many features on our outboards that are there specifically to keep you safe. Every Parsun outboard engine is fitted with a kill cord – USE IT!! you’re an idiot if you don’t. People die every year by not wearing this simple, invaluable safety device.

Other invaluable safety features include an automatic reverse lock (the bit that stops the engine from jumping out of the water when you accelerate in reverse), and Start-In-Gear protection (so you can’t start the engine in gear), larger engines have a neutral gear rev limiter so you can’t hurt your engine too! When you buy a Parsun outboard you become part of the family…. and we look after our family.

Things don’t go wrong often, but when they do you want to feel well looked after right? Well your new Parsun outboard will come fresh out of the box with a no quibble, non declining 3 year parts and labour warranty. This means that if it goes wrong within three years of the purchase date we will fix it or replace it for free. What’s more it doesn’t always have to come back to us for that, if it isn’t a major repair you can call us and arrange to take it in to your local outboard mechanic and we will pay them to fix it for you!

This is one of the major bugbears of owning a new outboard, AND the biggest reason outboards don’t get serviced often enough, well we thought about this carefully, and did you know that as much as 90% of an outboard service cost is labour charge? Well it is, and as Parsun Outboards are so easy to service we decided to let you do it yourself. Yes that’s right, we have the trust in human kind to have a modicum of practical sense – refreshing hey? But dont worry, we wouldn’t leave you out in the cold without any guidance, so there are detailed instructions on servicing in your owners manual; and we are on hand to supply all the parts you need at a really competitive price (for instance service kit for a 4hp is around £40). So now as Parsun Outboards can be serviced by the owner, ownership costs can be kept low. You are a happy boater, and you have a well serviced and happy Parsun!

Bought one of these little outboards f about 12 months ago for use on a 9’ fibreglass dinghy performs really well light enough for my 9 year old to carry and bolt on runs really well and good on fuel service from bill Higham spot on overall happy

Jamie at Bill Higham Marine did a great job setting me up with a new Zodiac RIB, trailer and all the extras I was after.

I first encountered Higham Marine about 9 years ago when having got tired of Honwave transoms rotting out , Zodiac valves being expensive to replace way too frequently when I got sand in there accidentally , and Avons being hellishly overpriced for a leisure boater on a work like budget . Simon Higham had developed the SeaPro HD range to a better spec , using a unique fabric that’s durable but tough and my first Seapro was the 340HD. I live in Cornwall and it’s a little rugged round the coastline and we’re dogged by Pacific Oysters too which have sharp edges to their shells . I’ve had punctures in every inflatable … except my 340 HD . It’s now 9 years old so I’ve just had delivery of a new SeaPro 310HD . Meantime the pontoon in the harbour ate the bow off my grp Dory as the glass fibre is no match for swells against a pontoon and it can be carnage in summer when boaters fight for space to moor up across each others boats . That , right there is the prime situation for needing a better quality boat . Any can be used , but can they survive life in the meantime and for me , 19 years as sailmaker here , yacht racer and student marine scientist, the boat has to be versatile . I’ve towed it to the Solent behind a yacht , I’ve carried divers and their kit for surveys and the sectional aluminium floor hasn’t even dented . I’ve beached it and it’s light enough to roll over and scrub the bottom mid season and this really is a little inflatable that can do big things and not need a trailer or boat lift either . Please folks , don’t mistakenly compare the price to lesser boats , even the assembly works precisely by design ! The upgrade to an all aluminium sectional strengthened transom around 2021 proves Higham Marine listen to us the customer and improved the design so negligence no longer leads to rotting transoms when left full of water for extended periods. Come on people don’t always get it right do we ? I sure don’t , but this range of inflatable boats are the Tonka Toys of the industry. The boat is half the equation. The company. ? I’m in Fowey ( deepest darkest Cornwall ) and I’m happy to give my business to a bunch of great people in Wales ! The reason being they know their products . They care that we get maximum fun for our quid . They go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy to have bought from them , and I’ve dealt with a LOT of boat dealers , owners , fellow yacht racers and owners in my time but won’t shop elsewhere! This week they chatted delivery options with me , confirmed yesterday that my new boat would be delivered today . I woke to messages with tracking details , a courtesy message and Jamie rang me to make sure the pallet line courier had arrived and found me . Come on folks , I’m a 55 year old Luddite afraid of technology and even in this social climate Bill Higham Marines customer support installs confidence in buying online . Thank you all from Simon and Jamie to Aled and the rest of the team . Here’s to getting back on the water and I’ll be seeing you guys again before long …. Just purchased my Parsun Long shaft 4stroke, Jamie Williams was very helpful over the phone and obviously very knowledgeable in this field. I had a very slight hiccup on running engine within an hour (My total mistake) I rang Jamie and within 2 minutes my issue was solved, So engine seems very good value for money with 3 years warranty, hopefully runs well over time Would recommend these guys

Ahoy Bill Higham Marine : Me looking for a Outboard , in the low /mid power range , BUT also using REMOTES , which is essential for my Boat : a Dory , SO WHY DOES BHM NOT prioritise as a choice outboard in the Low /Mid range with REMOTES ? It would make scnse , really would do ! URG These days the BHM is not what it was when in the Midlands , is it ? URG URG
