Seaworthy Service Club – VIP Unlimited Emergency Callouts (T&Cs)

  1. What’s Included

    • Unlimited emergency callouts for breakdowns or failures preventing safe use of your boat or outboard.
    • Callouts cover labour to attend and diagnose the issue.
    • Any parts or further workshop labour required will be quoted separately.
  2. Geographical Limit

    • Callout service currently covers LL postcode areas only.
    • Callouts outside this area may be available at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.
  3. Recurring Faults

    • If we diagnose a fault and advise that repairs are required, any repeat callouts for the same unresolved issue will be chargeable unless the recommended repair has been carried out.
    • In other words: if you don’t fix it, we can’t keep coming out free of charge.
  4. Fair Use Policy

    • Unlimited means unlimited genuine emergencies – but we reserve the right to review membership if callouts are deemed excessive or outside the intended use of the service.

  5. What’s Not Covered

    • Routine servicing or maintenance (that’s covered under your standard service schedule).
    • Non-urgent requests (e.g., “engine feels a bit down on power” without breakdown).
    • Issues arising from neglect, poor maintenance, accident damage, or non-marine approved modifications.
    • Recovery/towing of vessels – we’ll assist where possible but full recovery isn’t part of this membership.
  6. Response Times

    • We aim to respond as quickly as possible, with priority given to safety-critical breakdowns.
    • Response times may vary depending on workload, weather, and access.
  7. Member Responsibility

    • The vessel must be maintained in line with manufacturer recommendations and serviced at the agreed SSC intervals.
    • Safe access to the vessel must be provided (slipway, mooring, trailer etc.).
  8. Right to Amend

    • Terms may be updated to reflect changes in service area, scope, or safety requirements. Members will be notified in advance.
