Right then, where do I start? This Seapro 340HD inflatable paired with the Parsun F15 is a solid bit of fishing kit – and I’ve owned a few! 🎣 I’m going to put this combo through its paces over the next few months, It’s a tough boat for tough conditions – so lets see what it can do. 🛡
The Parsun F15? I’m told it’s smooth, quiet, and drinks fuel like a nun at a nightclub. 🍹 I won’t manage to get through 10L in a full day’s fishing – let’s find out shall we? Follow me this summer as i put this tough little fishing weapon through the wringer – if she comes out the other side smelling of fish guts then you can guarantee shell be the boat for you too! 🐟💨
Last week I watched Simon Higham himself inflate the thing from flat to floating in under 20 minutes at the demo day – and had it down again in five and a half minutes! 🕒⚡ I’ve seen slower pit stops in F1!
And it gets me to the fish – even when they’re hiding in the shallows in hot weather. Thanks to the Parsun’s shallow water drive, I can motor in 35cm of water and not touch bottom. 🐠
I’m going to drag it across beaches, bounce off barnacles, and shove it down sketchy shale banks to see if i can even scratch it. Then we can see if the Seapro catchphrase – Bombproof is well named 💣
Simon tells me that stability of this boat is unreal. Apparently I can stand up, play big fish, spin around the deck and keep pressure on without feeling like I’m going overboard. Let’s see when I get my first big tope trying to tie me in knots – around the outboard! 🦈🎣
Shoutout to the GP80 SIB pump too – fastest gun in the West when it comes to blowing up boats! 💨🔫 If you’re using a hand pump in 2025, you’re doing it wrong.
The heavy-duty launch wheels seem up to the job? If they perform on soft sand and shale the way they did on Menai Bridge slipway then they’ll be absolute game changers. I’ll be able to drag the whole boat – engine, tackle, coolbox, and all – down to the water in one go. 🛞🏖
