Bill Higham Marine took full payment in January for a Tohatsu outboard and also took my part exchange Honda outboard. My new outboard has STILL NOT arrived at the beginning of June - they then charged an extra £200 for a Mariner - direct equivalent. To date they have STILL not providing the PDI documentation, UK warranty registration or UK warranty for the 5 years it is covered for here, instead of the three years on the USA documentation. And I'm STILL waiting for the completed invoice showing the change of manufacturer and the new cost. Worst service EVER. I've always had to make the contacts, they NEVER call me back, they NEVER keep their promises. Use them again? Not while water falls from the sky!"

Simon and the team were fantastic excellent customer service , I'm a boating novice and travelled from Derbyshire to Bangor just for the advice. I took photos and Simon guided me through everything I needed to get my boat up and running. Blown away, I took my outboard and parts back to the Marina where my boat is moored Shardlow, the team couldn't believe the quality and value for money and want to use Bill Higham as a new supplier.
