I purchased this Parsun 20hp EFI (Long Shaft with remotes) for my husbands boat and he loves it. We have owned 3 Parsun engines now from new and can’t fault them. This engine is not only whisper quiet, it’s proving to be very very economical to run and has plenty of power to get our 13ft dory style boat on the plane in no time. The engine comes in a rather clever steel frame with the engine mounted on it’s back. We found it very easy to lift the whole engine up to an upright position when ready to mount on the boat and were able to get the engine close to the transom, meaning only a small lift was needed to drop the unit into position, brilliant idea. The engine came with oil already installed and comes complete with everything you need to get going and more. You get a new replacement oil filter, spare set of plugs, tool kit, new oil drain point washers and emergency pull chord. The engine came complete with new fuel tank (24LTR), line and remote unit. brilliant, We find Bill Higham a great company to deal with and if in the unlikely event you do have an issue with anything, it will be dealt with swiftly and with no fuss, Thank you everyone at Bill Higham’s..
