If you’re a lean mean hair gelled selling machine then this position is not for you, we’re looking for an honest happy, hard working person who loves the sand between their toes and loves talking boats and outboard engines. You will have the opportunity to sell a lot of kit, we’re very busy, but this is not the end goal, you will be required to make sure each and every customer gets a great experience, and gets exactly the kit they need for their given situation.
